1. What types of hair do you offer?

We offer high-quality wigs, bundles, frontals, and closures. Hair textures may include straight, body wave, deep wave, curly, and more.


2. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! You can place a custom order by clicking the Inquiries tab. Simply fill out the form with your information, including your email and phone number, and order details. I will personally follow up with the details.


3. How long does shipping take?

In-stock items usually ship out within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take 3-4 business days for processing and 5-7 business days to ship due to the new tariffs. I advise that if you order at your earliest convenience so your order is processed, shipped so you receive it in a suitable time for the occasion. 


4. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes local pickup and delivery is available. Deliveries are at a fee depending on location. 


5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final. Please make sure to double-check your order before placing it. If you have a concern, feel free to contact me directly.


6. How do I care for the hair?

Treat the hair like your own! Use sulfate-free shampoos, condition regularly, avoid excessive heat, and store wigs properly when not in use.


7. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our hair can last 1–2 years or longer. Longevity depends on maintenance and styling habits.


8. What density options do you offer for wigs?

All wigs are on hand are 180% density. Higher-density units (200% and 250%) may be custom ordered by clicking the Inquiries tab.
